·         Total in attendance: 11 brothers, 2 additional brothers by proxy; meets required quorum requirement for Council meetings

Visitors: No additional visitors.

Grand Knight Peters explained that this was a one item agenda meeting. The purpose of this Zoom meeting was to vote on a replacement for Brother Mike Alexander who was stepping down from his office as Chancellor, and to vote on the candidacy of Brother Joe Browning as his replacement as Chancellor for Council 12017 for the 2025-2026 Fraternal Year.

A motion was made by Brother Jack Murphy, seconded by Brother Joe Pulaski, to approve the candidacy of Brother Joe Browning as Chancellor of Council 12017 for the 2025-2026 Fraternal Year. There was no discussion on the motion. The motion passed unanimously, by acclamation. Brother Browning will be able to attend the Installation of Officers to be held on June 27, 2025.

As there was no other Council business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 5:40pm.
